INCO Software Solutions was formed in 1998 and has established itself as a quality web, E-Commerce and application development firm.

Company Structure

At the head of the INCO team is its Managing Director, Dr Surinder Sharma. As the next step forward in a diverse and successful career, covering research and development, consultancy and entrepreneurship, Dr Sharma launched INCO Software Solutions in 1998 and has moulded the firm into one of the West Midlands' leading web development firms.

INCO's initial focus was on the provisional of IT consultancy in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) arena on IBM AS/400 Midrange systems. INCO serviced large corporate names such as Dunlop Slazenger, Draegar International and Panasonic. This involved addressing mission critical systems covering integrated manufacturing, distribution and financial software solutions.

Backed with a solid understanding of complex applications, careful market analysis led INCO to make a strategic decision to move strongly into the areas of web, e-commerce and application development.
