Security

Any content/section/category/object in INCO-CMS is controlled by the role based permission system, which consist a list of policies and policies defines access permissions.

Permissions may be assigned to user groups / roles or individual users.
Restrictions may by applied globally, by section / category or at individual object level.
Permissions include separate read, edit and publish authorities.

Workflow

The powerful work-flow engine enables you to assign editing and publication permissions to groups or individual team members. Permissions may be granted globally, by category/section of at individual page level.

A simple workflow sees one of your Product Managers create a new page. However, to ensure messaging consistency and editorial accuracy, you decide that your PR Officer should review all content, with only the Marketing Manager having final publication rights.

Product Manager creates a new article in his/her section.
The article passes to the PR Officer for review.
PR officer reviews the article and returns it to the Product Manager for revision.
The Product Manager amends the article and passes it back for review.
PR officer reviews the article and passes it to the Marketing Manager for publication.
The Marketing Manager grants final approval and publishes the article to the live website.

Image Resizing

Image resizing takes care of automatic image resizing for the user. The user can upload images of any size and the software will automatically scale the images in constrain proportions. The scaling can be easily changed from the adminstration interface to fit the individual needs.

Powerful Search

INCO-CMS comes with an integrated powerful search functionality that works on content/objects/categories/sub-categories/sections on the site. Everything you put on the site is automatically indexed when it is published.
